Freeze your card immediately

Use the mobile app or online banking to lock your card right now. This prevents any new purchases while you locate it or wait for a replacement — and you can unfreeze it instantly if it turns up.

Call our 24/7 card support team

Dial 1-800-867-5309 and select the card services option. We can permanently deactivate the card and arrange for an overnight replacement if needed.

Review recent transactions

Log in and check your account for any unfamiliar charges. If you spot suspicious activity, report it immediately so we can open a dispute on your behalf — you won't be held responsible for unauthorized transactions.

Update recurring payments

Once your new card arrives, update your subscription services, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and any autopay accounts with the new card number to avoid payment interruptions.
