Misplaced your debit or credit card? Follow these illustrative steps to protect your accounts while we prepare the final copy.

Freeze your card immediately

Use the mobile app or online banking to lock your card. This prevents new purchases while you look for the card.

Call our 24/7 card support team

Dial 1-800-867-5309 and choose the card services option. We can deactivate the card and overnight a replacement if needed.

Review recent transactions

Check for unfamiliar charges. If you spot any, report them immediately so we can start a dispute.

Update recurring payments

Once your new card arrives, update subscription services and linked wallets to avoid payment gaps.
